Please note that online booking may require a credit card. Your card will be charged after the appointment.

If your fees are paid by NDIS, NSW Victims Services, WorkSafe, VOCAT, Open Arms, DVA or other organisation, you will not be charged any fee.

If you have a doctor’s referral for Medicare rebates, you can enter your Medicare card number to have your refund processed automatically.

If you need to request an unusual appointment (e.g. a different location or a different length), or if you have any questions before booking, you can email contact@cassilycharles.com.au or phone 0430 544 048 before booking.

When you book your first appointment, you will be asked to complete the intake form, and to read and agree to the terms and conditions.
